At San Remo we can cater for persons with a variety of dependency needs

San Remo meets the special needs of persons who are well enough to be discharged from hospital, but are not ready for independent living.  San Remo's supportive services help you regain your strength and mobility before being discharged to your home or other independent environment.

As a long term facility we can cater for perons with numerous physical or mental conditions.
E.g. post-stroke, vascular dementia, respiratory conditions, Alzheimer's disease, both mobile and immobile, etc.
Young chronic sick persons are also catered for in our safe caring environment.
